Benfleet Yacht Club

The club is a welcoming and spacious establishment situated along the shores of Benfleet Creek, on the northern coastline of Canvey Island in Essex.

Offering a multitude of exciting opportunities for both dinghy and cruiser sailing, as well as coastal rowing, primarily in the sheltered waters of Benfleet Creek. For yacht cruising enthusiasts, the creek serves as a gateway to the Thames Estuary and beyond. The club also provides an extensive collection of tidal moorings for yachts, and on-shore storage facilities for both yachts and dinghies.

In addition to the vibrant sailing program, Benfleet also offers a fantastic clubhouse. The bar is open for lunch and evenings seven days a week, providing a welcoming space for members to gather, socialize, enjoy a drink, and savour a meal. Furthermore, there is an active social and entertainment program throughout the year to keep members entertained.
