Bill Fen Marina finds its location along the Middle Level Navigations, in close proximity to the pristine market town of Ramsey. This marina is positioned on a sprawling landscaped site covering forty-one acres, set amidst picturesque open farmland.

The site's natural beauty has been accentuated by a significant planting effort, which includes the addition of over 2000 trees. This endeavour has given rise to a new wooded area within the marina grounds, enhancing the overall aesthetics alongside the existing mature trees.

To ensure the safety and security of the area, on-site surveillance is maintained with the assistance of infrared CCTV cameras.
