Arran Yacht Club

Established in 1956 with the mission to promote the exhilarating sport of sailing on the Isle of Arran, the club is proudly headquartered at Lamlash Pier.

Lamlash Harbour serves as an idyllic setting for sailing, offering relatively sheltered waters and breathtaking scenery. On the water there are panoramic views of Lamlash Village, Holy Isle, and the majestic surrounding hills, including the prominent Goat Fell.

The club provides a range of amenities, including outdoor storage for boats of various sizes, a 10-tonne capacity boat lift, and indoor storage facilities for select dinghies. Anyone interested in utilizing these facilities is encouraged to get in touch with a member of the committee.

Visitors are always warmly welcomed, and they have the opportunity to become temporary members and store their boats for the duration of their holiday. The club kindly requests that visitors contact our Secretary or Treasurer in advance to arrange for this.
